The tour was great. Guide and driver great. Accommodations in West Yellowstone was poor. Also no one picked us up at airport on arrival and had no idea what to do. Also at the end of trip was not dropped off at airport had to take hotel shu..ttle after waiting half an hour. Read full review

Very good trip. Well organized. Covered a lot of area in a small amount of time. This is something We could not have done on our on.

Some hotels had no elevators, hard for older people. However our guide was wonderful in trying to accommodate.

Visited some beautiful places, one of the highlights wasn’t on the original tour list, Mammoth Springs was sensational so you should include it as standard. The tour is really only 4 days not 5 and as such is very busy on the first 2 da..ys. This relies on everyone getting back on the bus at the time required. Some people don’t think beyond themselves and delay the rest, making a tight schedule worse. Also, I got a bit fed up with long winded Chinese explanations followed by a short heavily accented. The tour was great with one exception, the first night we stayed in a Ramada Inn that was old, musky, and needed carpet replacement, needed and working ice machines on the second floor.
