The booking online was a little confusing because it mentioned about a flight but was none. It was a bus tour. The communication with the agent by email and telephone was always professional. At the moment of pick up for the tour, the bus w..as 30 minutes late and it reduced the time to see the Hoover Dam to only 20 minutes. I would highly recommand that the time at the Hoover Dam be for an hour as we had to climb stairs, which takes 10 minutes for normal pace. Some people were not in good shape and we felt rushed to get on the bridge to take a few pictures and run back to the bus. The visit at the Grand Canyon was superb, well organised with the shuttle service between each sights. The bus drivers were also very professional. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommand this tour. Read full review
