using somebody else's bus is uncalled for, especially if there are personal belongings of another tour group in there. there should only be one bus per tour group.

We paid extra money to guarantee to enter the park at 12 noon time. I feel I am been deceived, we have the same big bus will all others, and they didn’t pay extra. We are been treated like everyone else, and you don’t need to be in park.. at exactly noon time. We also pay for lunch which sait including sandwich, water, and snacks. But end up no snake. Tour guide is not professional. He just told us the time we need to go back to the bus. Nothing more than that (not worth for US10 per person).
