It was my first group travel and in general I enjoyed the experience. I would strongly suggest it to people who don't want to travel alone but don't want to be trapped in a 45 persons bus.
Overall a good way to travel if you don't have any friends to travel with or just don't want to plan everything all by yourself or you are afraid to travel alone or in a smaller group.

We have mixed experiences about this tour. First of all I'm mentioning bad onces & then I will cover good parts.
Bad Experiences:
1. 1st Day Hotel experience is really very bad. The Clarion Hotel in Calgary City having lot of problems lik..e - water logging in bathrooms, mal-functionl AC, very rude behaviour from font desk staff, making delay in alotting rooms though there wre plenty of vacant rooms are there and we already booked rooms in that hotel a month ago.
2. Transportation from Calgary Airport to Clarion Hotel was very problematic as the authorized Cab driver as well as Hotel Front Desk staff were not co-operating for re-imbursing the money initially. We got the money after we had round of escalations with Hotel Management & Tours4Fun.
3. We have prior experiences in travelling with a tour group where personally we didn't checkedin the hotel. But, in this scenario, first 2 days, we have seen this issue where we need to show all details and enquire about our hotel resevations. There was no Tours4Fun or Wester representative to handle that.
4. 4th day's lunch was just a disaster. There are lot of resturants in Jasper town with ecomonical options for meal/foods. But, not sure why they had booked for a Korean Resturant(Kimichi House) with extremely bad-tasted-soup-only-meal. We were not able to eat this. And they were not providing altenate meal option also though it was already paid by us. They should understand that the meal option should be acceptable to generic people and not for a specific region. Even most of our chinese travel-mates also could not manage to eat that bogus meal. Wester/Tours4Fun also not refunding that meal money for both of us.
Good Experiences:
1. Bus coach driver Paul & Tour Guide Lisa were really good & friendly. They were showing and explaining the places very descriptive ways.
2. Lunch at Fairmont Spring Banff Hotel was just awesome.
3. Hotel Voyeger Inn at Banff & Athabasca Hote at Jasper town are good hotels and nice arrangements in rooms. Though both of them are lacking elevator as they are very old & refurbishes recently. The sceni views from them just breathtaking.
4. Breakfast bouffets are good in all 3 hotels - Clarion at Calgary, Hotel Voyeger Inn at Banff & Athabasca Hote at Jasper town.
5. The places where we went for visting all are superb and gorgous. I can't explain their beauties in words.Read full review
It was great fun. Very well managed and well paced over the 4 days. Hotels were great (except Clarion), food was great.. Most importantly, we had a great tour guide (Lisa Rong) as well as a very courteous driver (Paul) with Westar. Lisa rea..lly went out of her way to take care of guests and some of our personal requests specially on the food menu. The driver Paul was very knowledgeable - he knew the mountains and lakes and certainly a great story teller.Read full review

We didn't get to see some attractions we like because itenerary
changed. The hotel in Athabasca has no elevator, my handicapped partner struggled going up the stairs to 3rd floor. Lot of waiting time for the ride options to finish. Overall.. we enjoyed the sightseeing of beautiful sceneriesRead full review
I have a problem with hotel in Casablanca where toilet light was not working,I told them that it is bigger issue than just change light bulb but they insist to try ,at last I have to move to new room, but I lost 1.5h of my rested time.In Fe..s,the souk tour was too much on the tour guide commission. The shops that they insisted are too many, very tried.Read full review
The tour far exceeded our expectations. We went with a number of anxieties around safety - these were all dispelled (after the two hour wait in a queue at Casablanca airport!!) when we were met by our driver for the week "Smiley" - and he l..ived up to his name - fabulous kind and happy person who took care of us through the 8 days. Our host Ess Yassin was brilliant - he was so passionate about Morroco, very knowledgeable, genuinely wanting to help us to have a great time - couldn't have got anyone better. The places we visited were fantastic and whilst there was alot of travelling (suggest people bring earphones/music and books to read) the van was comfortable, the hotels were good - especially those with swimming pools - all of the other tour guides that we encountered were again very knowledgeable and made sure that we were well looked after - all in all an absolutely fantastic experience with a a great CEO, Smiley the driver and the group that we were with - highlights were the Sahara overnight, Fes Medina and the Todra Gorge - would strongly recommend this tour - thanks so much - Kate & VaughanRead full review
Wonderful experience exploring the sights and culture of Morocco. Amazing guide that went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well looked after. Highly recommend.
We were somewhat disappointed with the tour guide because he only took us to shops "where we could find the best deals" ie the overpriced and tourist traps - carpet and bronze shops. The hotels we stayed in were in good location and qualit..y for what we paid for. Overall the tour was ok and we saw quite a lot for just short period of time.Read full review
Really nice and informative tour, thanks to Tours4Fun. Would recommend this to my friends, absolutely worth of visiting! Staying overnight in Yellowstone cabin is so interesting.
Loved the tour! It was a lot of fun. The hotel accommodation (rated 5 star) the last 2 nights were not good. Internet was slow and worst food of the trip. The tour guides in Marrakech and Fez made up for it. It would have been nice to know ..the iterinary for the next 5 days instead of just finding out the night before. Expect a lot of time on the bus!Read full review
