Our tour guide during city tour only speak mandarin and he dont translate it to english. We dont understand the whole tour.

Other than best western hotel in Toronto everything related to accommodation was good. Spending Lunch hours only in china town is not a good idea. Last tour guide dropped himself first at hotel and then told driver to drop us which costed u..s 1+hr more in a bus. Read full review

The tour was well organized; however the tour leaders, mostly didn't know that much English. If you are Chinese, or you know Mandarin, so you can communicate and know more about the see-sights. All foods were Chinese buffet; wasn't okay for.. everyday! The things that I didn't like about this tour was that every morning they pick up you early morning and dragging you from one hotel to another hotel to pick up all of the passengers. So be prepared to stay in the traffic and waste 1-2 hours of your time on the bus every day. The hotels are in the West and the East of Toronto, bouncing between them! Read full review

You did not fulfill all you promised so myself and my nephew ended stranded at the big airport without any help. We were promised a ride but did not happened. I even sent you my air plain ticket and was told to make sure it leaves after 8 p..m. You driver told us he is done with his shift at 3 pm and left.This was very bad . Also we had to pay to be taken to some shopping mall in Niagara that we did not want to go. The whole last day was wasted. We could of gone and sightseeing Toronto. That is the reason we came not to go shooing. We are not from China. Also nobody told us this was to be Chinese tour , Also nobody told us we are going to be in the hotels far from the main city we came to visit. Also we give the same amount of money upfront and later on . I never realist that the cost was going to be twice as much as you advertised. I am expected refund for the Mall trip and for different transportation we had to pay to get from one airport to another. No excuse for that just bad management. I am so angry about whole trip and deception from your side Not to mention two of your workers being so arrogant and condescending at the beginning. We were not given any choice during our lunch and dinner except to eat chinese food everyday. You should drop people in a complex where there are several restaurants so we can choose the food of our choice.
