No sufficient time to see itinerary some attraction seen on bus only tour Guide friendly explained very good cooperative and help full, for the food they are only arranged mandarins food Overall experience is very good
The tour is mostly in Mandarin, the guides are friendly but they spoke very little English, so that was a disappointment. Hotels are ok. Food options are scarce, they take you to Chinese buffets almost everyday, be prepared. Had some probl..ems with the airport pick up, the person wasn't at the meeting point and I had to call him, he could barely speak any English at all, had the hardest time trying to understand where he was. Accommodation is either Quality Suites or Best Western. Room is very spacious but problem is location of the hotels. To cut cost, all our bookings were airport hotels and are very far from city center. You cannot explore at night and will b..e very far from everything. Another concern is the daily packed breakfast of muffin, juice carton, and an apple. This doesn't change at all so you will get sick of it by the 3rd day. There is also no drinking water at the hotel so you must buy before checking in, thus another extra expense. The people in your tour will keep changing as it will be chopped up into Niagara Outlet, Niagara Falls, Toronto Day Tour, and Montreal/Quebec. This means constant changes of tour guides as well. Our first two guides were unfriendly and unhelpful and merely acted as a drop off service instead of a tour guide. Thankfully our guide for Montreal named Monica was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Monica was also able to switch from Mandarin and English while explaining everything thoroughly while the other two guides were not able to speak in English well. The restaurants the guides will bring you will 90% be Chinese eat all you can. If you're not a fan, make sure to opt out. 80% of those joining the tour area Asian, usually from China or India. Also, be prepared to travel 6-8hrs on the bus per day. Our bus driver Dave was very professional. For the tips and the optional tours, be prepared to shell out to fully experience the trip and note that you must join at least 3 optional tours. The guide will discuss the total amount if you join the tours, meals, and of course the tip. You may deduct where you wont join but the tip of CAD10 is required per day. I appreciated that the guide detailed the total amount and broke it down so we can understand easier. Overall, price is okay and since it is affordable you must not expect much. As long as you're used to these types of tours, it is fine. Read full review
Very enjoyable trip. Got to see many places. Quebec is definitely must go place.
I highly recommend this tour. In my opinion, the hotels should be located near to the downtown or a Bus station, in order to walk around the city at night. I would have liked to visit Montreal and Quebec in a deeper way.
