I have always wanted to do this bus tour where you sit on the 2nd level of the bus! It's pretty fun to drive around the city and view it! Also, as a tourist it's worth it cause you can easily jump off the bus and walk around the area and ..then jump back on another bus! It is WAY cheaper then consistently taking a cab everywhere and A LOT safer! This bus takes you to Uptown, Downtown, and Brooklyn and more! It's a very cool tour and a great way to get you around the city without having to worry about taxis or learning how to use the subway! Read full review
Growing up in India, I had always wanted the chance to come to New York. My parents always told me to study hard and I could go. I became a Physician and had my chance. I decided to book with tours4fun and was very pleased that I did. This ..tour included a wonderful 75-minute harbour cruise where I had the chance to see the beautiful Statue of Liberty in person, which I just loved! She was even more beautiful in person than in books. I chose to visit the Empire State Building Observation Deck and it did not disappoint me. In fact, the view of the entire city was visible from that height and it was really awe-inspiring. I also liked being able to hop on and hop off of the Double Decker buses and really take in the sites of New York. Thanks again for a nice tour. Read full review
I went on the tour of New York City with my wife and found the city to be overrated and pretty overpriced. The yellow taxicabs whizzing by, lots of noise on the streets and the people seemed to be too wrapped up in their own world to notice.. tourists. I felt like I was in a movie, about a stereotypical view of the United States. The tour guide was quite informative and she was as pleasant as can be, but the overall feel of New York City left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The big skyscrapers and even the Statue of Liberty left a lot to be desired. If Wall Street and Big Business is your thing, then I would recommend coming to New York, if you prefer a friendlier, more relaxed setting, then I would stay away from spending too much time in New York.
