Everything we were able to see was exceptional. I was disappointed that the driver demanded a tip toward the end of the trip. This requirement was not noted when we booked or in any of the written information that we printed out.

Too little time at the Butchard Gardens. Was left down near the waterfront with nothing to do or advice on where to go. Would have been better spending time in Chinatown instead of driving through it. The tour guide provided the Chinese cl..ients with more information than the English clients as this was communicated by one of the Chinese/Australian passengers. Service fee should be included in original price. Do not understand the need for this. After returning we were directed to another bus which dropped up off st a different location so we got hopelessly lost and had to haill down a taxi to take us to our accommodation. Our accommodation was only a few blocks from the China Town Cultural Centre but where we ended up was further as we found out from the taxi driver. Read full review

The majority of persons on tour werre Chinese so the tpur operator spoke perfectly with them his English is certainly not great its was hard to understand him . I was expecting more information from the tour considering its my.. 1st time in the country..and a more comfortable bus. Read full review

The tour was good but we wished if we could have more time to stay in the Butchart garden.
