This was the most fantastic tour. It showed so much of the wonderful natural grandeur of southern US which is what I wanted to see. The transport was excellent and I had great confidence in the driver. The two female guides were friendly bu..t maybe it would be nice to have a friendly get to know you drink or something on the first night as everyone spoke different languages and it was hard to chat. Angelica , our guide was great and very informative. The tour alone was pretty amazing too, we visited some beautiful spots , it was actually a lot more beautiful and impressive than what I expected to see and saw in the pictures. During o..ur bus trip we had plenty of time to stop and use the bathroom or get a quick drink or snack. The hotel accommodation that the tour company organized was also pretty good, the rooms were impeccable and the breakfast offered was pretty tasty . The meal that was included was also pretty good and the people traveling in the bus with us were nice and respectful...every one was friendly The bus driver was pretty good at driving safely and helped us with our luggage when needed. Over all I had a great experience and would be happy to arrange another tour with this company in the future. Read full review
Interesting itinerary, comfortable coach and accommodation, professional tour leader and guides
I did not get an updated itinerary before we departed. Therefore I had different expectations of where we would stay etc. Our driver (Miles) was excellent, very calm, courteous, personable and an excellent driver. He drove over a thousand.. miles and stayed cheerful at all times! The guides Stefano and Hiro were helpful and knowledgeable. It was noticeable that Hiro’s Japanese tourists received resources and maps that we didn’t receive. Stefano was exceptionally patient and gave interesting information. Overall the tour was excellent value for money. In Page there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but we were advised to buy supermarket food and eat in our bedrooms which was unnecessary. There is a Marriot courtyard bistro just 10m away and other places within 15 m walk. This is not the guide’s fault, as a company you could provide a local map with eating places and distances marked. Too much reliance on fast food outlets isn’t healthy. The Valley of Fire was excellent and we would have happily stayed longer. Read full review
