Very positive experience and well organized. I would recommend this tour to everyone. The only thing I would say the company can improve is the lunch menu which was pretty simple. Thank you.

Great day at the Grand Canyon. Everything was very well organised.

The tour run smoothly on time and was well organized. The guide had a thick accent that was a little difficult to understand. A compulsory service fee for the guide and the driver not included of about $10/person.

My family and i had really bad experience with this tour. Firstly the tour was outsourced to a local chinese tour company (Dragon Tours). So on the day we had the chinese tour company bus pick us up. The bus was late picking us and blamed u..s for their lateness, While we were climbing on to the bus the tour guide was pushing us to move forward. My parents and i were still making our way to our seats when the driver stared to drive fast. We almost all were stumbling over to get to our seats. The tour gouide was literally pushing me while i was scrambling to get to my seat. I had to stop and tell her to stop pushing me! To which she replied "im sorry but we are late" I don't see why we were treated like that but it was incredibly unprofessional. The tour guide could hardly speak english properly, and from the english she spoke none of us could understand. So we really didn't need any guide as we got no proper information about the locations we were driving by. We experienced really bad service and at the end of the trip we were told that every single passenger had to cough up 8 dollars each as a tip. I mean i wouldn't give then a dollar for what i experienced. The tour guide would not move until she got the money she wanted. I would not use Tours4fun ever again. Read full review
