hello friends., Reservation was good : i did before 3 days of journey got E-ticket within 10 hours Customer service was good got answer for all before booking.. Transportation was on time every day and tourist should maintain timing!..! They say it as bus tour but low season they arranged 8 seat car but only 4 people occupied. stopped frequent for rest room and snack. tour guide : guide was awesome.. credit to Jack Tour Itinerary was exactly followed... no worries if you are sending parents!! my parents felt more comfortable. guide helped to get coffee from Starbugs and food.. trip from Bayarea to LA was awesome with jack team thank you Tours4fun Read full review
