I request my full money back, as you misled me I dint know you are the same company as Starlight tours. I dint book with them because of the bad reviews,so it was a big shock to find out on the day of the tour that you are the same compan..y under a different name,there was no tour just a pick up and drop off at our hotel ,very angry as you ruined my holiday for my self and my Family.Very disappointed. Everything about this tour company was excellent! I would recommend it.

Badly organised as we received incorrect time re hotel pick up and missed universal tour .HOWEVER we did have LA tour. it was very good and we saw a lot in a .short time

We went on a on day tour of Universal Studios $ City Tour. It was good and worth seeing many places in a day including Universal Studios.
