I am questioning the tour guide forcing us to take the night tour or another tour otherwise paying $30 each if we chose no tour. The bus seats need to be numbered better for the passengers.

The tour leader that took us from LA to Vegas was very rude. She screamed to customer about tip. She didn’t understand English properly. Extremely unprofessional.

The 3rd day of going to the Chocolate Factory and Botanical Garden I think can be skipped as most people didn't buy chocolates or roamed around. Time spent here can be added to the time going around the outlet instead.

Everything goes smoothly during the trip, the tour guy Gary has great personality and very organised and experienced. We had great time. Thanks. The only complain is the reservation process before the trip, we had to pay $150 extra after w..e booked the trip because there are limited hotel rooms in las vegas during the memorial holidays. They should let us know about this surcharge before we booked the trip, not after. Thanks. Read full review
