This was my first bus tour and I was very pleased with how well it was run. The itinerary was well planned and the hotels for the most part were exceptional. The driver of the bus Lewey was excellent and Derek was awesome taking care of t..hings so we never had to worry about anything! I would highly recommend this 9 day tour. Read full review
Meals on the tour could have been better... We got a $10 food voucher for lunch on our Whistler excursion. All food and drinks starts at $15 upwards.. On the Victoria tour our dinner was a last minute inclusion in the ferry buffet.. Canad..ian Rockies Glacier view meals consist too many Chinese restaurants that were mediocre.. Read full review
Tour was fantastic, visited many wonderful places with amazing scenery. Time allowed at each place was adequate. Hotels were good. Staying at the glacier was amazing. Tour guide Michael was fantastic, he would speak both English and Chinese.. and looked after us very well. Read full review
The places we saw on the tour were spectacular. The itinerary was great, we covered many places in the 9 days. However the service provided by the tour guide was shockingly poor. I understand that most of the guests on the tour were Ch..inese and that the guide was presenting to them in their native language. However, I am paying full price as any other guest, and it is not fair that the Chinese description is 1 hour long and the english description is 10 minutes long. Additionally, some instructions with regards to timing were given only in Chinese. As a result, we were not aware of a time zone change, and the entire bushes been waiting for us. In reaction to this, the guide embarked on some of the rudest and most insulting rebuking that I have ever endured in the 75 years of my life. This is very unprofessional, unfair, and detracted from the overall experience. Tipping was a huge surprise. We ended up paying over $300 in mandatory tips for our hotel stays. Such a thing ruins the image of Canadian people to tourists like us. Tipping should be voluntary and if mandatory, lesser. Overall the experience was disappointing due to the above mentioned reasons, and I would not recommend any others to purchase a tour with your company. Read full review
Nice trip, eventhough we're the only non-chinese in the group, our tour guide were able to translate everything he said in english and we feel very much welcome in the group. One of my favorite part seeing the Lake Louise, though there are ..so many places to see that I'm sure you will be excited about. "2 thumbs up" for this tour. :) Read full review
