We loved the places we visited and the activities we did however the optional activities weren’t discussed or offered except for the helicopter flight in which we asked about specifically. First and last night of the tour was us on our ow..n doing our own thing. The tour itself was an Asian tour which we didn’t realise till after we booked it and got an email. This meant that everything was delivered in both Chinese and English as well as several stops at Chinese restaurants along the way with minimal alternative options. Our group split off from a bigger group part way through with a different tour guide. The guides were very friendly, our first guide went above and beyond with service, the second one didn’t have as much energy and appeared to speak more in Chinese than English meaning we missed some things however still friendly. well worth the money spent

I would like to thank Dennis and Mathew for a fantastic time for my group of 4 people. You couldn't do more on your own with the time we had allotted, and the itinerary was fantastic,the extra things we were able to do,the knowledge that d..ennis the tour guide has about the areas we visited,plus his recommendations of other places of interest. Very well organized tour. The scenery was extremely beautiful. We cannot over-emphasize how impressed we were with James, our guide. He is extremely courteous, caring and polite guide. He has fantastic knowledge and he is clearly passionat..e about his job. He has pointed out many interesting points as well as little known facts. James has taken into consideration the fact we are European tourists. We have no hesitation in recommending this tour. Read full review

Day 1, transportation from Los Angeles to Las Vegas was unclear as where the drop off point is in Las Vegas. Change of hotel made in the last minute. We don't know who will help us to check-in. (Customer services said tour guide will chec..k us in, but the tour guider told us to call some else up-on arrival and this person will check us in.) The hotel that we are staying "Westgate hotel" is away from Las Vegas Blvd, very inconvenience. Read full review
