Reservations: Quick and easy. Customer Service: No issue to highlight. Accommodation: Could have been better at Las Vegas. Last night near SFO was very good. Transportation: Comfortable bus. Friendly bus driver. Tour Guide: Keeps changi..ng and changing. Would be better if we stick to just one tour guide. But I must compliment all three of them (over a 5-day period) for being very knowledgeable. They also do not favour any nationality and this is good. My parents joined your 6-5858 tour of 5D/4N tour to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Yosemite and San Francisco at Las Vegas. They said that the rooms provided were of good quality and the bus was very good / comfortable. Sufficient time was given.. to visit the attractions at the different places and the guide was giving adequate information about the points of interest. On the whole, the tour was well-organised and there would be no hesitation in recommending this tour to any of our friends. Read full review
