Very enjoyable trip.... Well organised

We missed the 1:40pm bus in Seattle pick up location since the confusion of the description. Tuesday, we had only bus ride for lunch, rest area and dinner place. Wednesday was the best, long bus ride, spend only 2 hours at Banff park gando..la ride and scenery. Thursday, we went to Lake Louies hotel to pick up 2 tour menbers, by the way, the tours are allow 2 to 3 hours there, lunch and take pictures on the back the hotel ( Lake Louise). After that, we were dinner and back to hotel. Then, the last day Friday, took us lunch and drove us to drop off. The whole tour took 5 days, but also, it took less than 5 hours for the attraction. The attractions on the tour is very minimum. Anyway, the driver was great, I gave him US$50. I gave tour guy US$60, even though he was just ok. Read full review

Tour bus broke down 2 times, first on day 1 and then again on day 2. Wasted first 2 days just sitting on the bus. Tour guide not very helpful. You have to pay 178 dollars if you join the meal plan which is always so so Chinese buffet. Sho..uld skip the ginseng factory and winery these are not interesting. Tour operator offered compensation was too small for the wasted 2 days. Read full review
