Leader Mai, Driver Li, everything perfect, tours on boat, citytour, hiking , dinner, breakfast, hotels, gorgeous!!!!!!

We follow this tour on 30Aug - 02 Sept 2019... Its good experience for us. The tour guide, Boris is very good and experience especially when we have to pass the US/Canada border

We were lucky to have a Boris as our tour guide, he take care of us all the time and gave us clear information about each activity. We get a indescribable fantastic experience further what we expect. We spent 4 incredible days in Canada and it was really good time. We can’t imagine better tourist guide than BORIS. He is willing to help, funny, he can solve any problem and many other things. If you are the type of person who likes to see different places in a short period of time then I highly recommend this tour! For the hotel that we stayed at and the bus transportation that we had to get us to places, the price was worth it!.. Our tour guide, Faith, was really awesome! She is organized, flexible, patient, and understanding. Being a tour guide definitely takes a lot of patience and knowing how to organize the time and the group (especially a group of 50)! She also knew what to do when certain unexpected event happens! Also, when I wanted to visit a family I know in Toronto, she was kind enough to allow us to go despite us not making it to the itinerary. She even made sure we knew how to get back to our hotel. Our driver, Alex, was pretty cool too and was easy to talk to! Thankfully, the group that we were with were all on time returning to the meeting point after each activities, which helped not delay for our next activities. The group of people that you are with definitely makes a huge difference on how the trip flows. But because the group that we were with were mindful of the time, it made our tour better! Keep in mind though that you do have to pay in cash for the activities you choose to do, so that is an additional expense to think about! Also, you are mostly sitting on the bus travelling in between cities, but you can use that to sleep or rest. There were also times we wanted to explore longer, but couldn't because of time.
