It's a good experience. But you have to choose how many options you want to join. And we have a lot of fun
Amazing time. Great time. Our tour guide was great. We had enough time at all places.. just enough so you didn’t buy stuff you don’t need. I loved how we didn’t have to stand in line for anything. The whole tour was perfectly timed ou..t. Only wish the bus had electrical outlets for charging our phones. Read full review
Everything was fine except bus AC wasn't working properly and the second hotel was a disaster other than that trip was amazing and well planned.
It would have been nice if the bus were more comfortable with a bathroom and outlets to charge the phones because long periods of time were spent on the bus. However, the tour guide, Peter was excellent and if I were to do this again he wou..ld be my choice in guide. Very much recommend him. Read full review
I booked the tour that was supposed to go Boston-Niagara Falls-Thousand Islands-Boston. The day of the tour, when we are actually on the bus, we are told the tour is reversed and we are visiting Thousand Islands first. I carefully observed ..the weather for each location for each day we would be there before leaving and packed appropriately. Being in a different location on different days meant I had to go buy appropriate clothing as the weather was different to what I planned for, as I planned being in a different location than what we were. Also we had planned to meet friends in Niagara Falls on Day 1...when we found out we weren't even going there that day so that disrupted those plans too. So I was really disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the change of itinerary. I even called the day before to confirm the tour (like the instructions said I should, however when I called they seemed baffled as to why I was calling and asked me so many times 'so what is my question' when I didn't have a question, I was calling to confirm the tour as per instructions, and even then they didn't advise about the change of itinerary. We also paid for the extra's via the tour guide but when we turned up a the location some activities were cheaper than what we were charged! Take Casa Loma for example - I paid US$37 to the tour guide and the sign on the door said an adult entry was CA$30. I also wasn't advised in advance that we needed to pay cash for the activities, I just assumed I could pay for myself via credit card, which was annoying as this meant I had to borrow cash off the friend I was travelling with. Also the accommodation - the website said it would be Best Western/Holiday Inn equivalent and the first night in Toronto the accommodation was fine - the second night in Niagara Falls, the accommodation was terrible and had a funny smell to the room. I enjoyed visiting Niagara Falls but overall I felt the tour was disorganized, there was a lack of communication and felt ripped off. Read full review
