Phyllis Lee our tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her translations from Mandarin to English and vice versa was clear and concise. She showed much care to all of us. More power to her and to your company.

The tour was generally good, but took over 7 hrs to get from San Francisco due to doing a lot of pick ups on the way. The tour seemed to be mainly in Chinese and half of the commentary was in Chinese. Both tour guides were very nice but the.. first one gave no indication early on about the outline for the day, who was going where, how long it would take etc. The time in Yosemite was then very limited with 3 short stops to take photos - the 3rd one being the longest for an hour, but still no real time to hike or walk and explore more of the park. What we saw we enjoyed though. The drive out of Yosemite was very high, steep bends with no crash barriers etc. The driver took these bends very fast, not only was it dangerous but made an uncomfortable ride for passengers with several being ill. My husband has been a long distance lorry driver and asked him to slow down at one stage, he felt the driving was dangerous for the size of the vehicle and the heights we were at!! Other than that we had a great 2 days, Hearst Castle was also also a unexpected joy to visit and we were quite mesmerised by it and would definitely recommend a visit. Our tour guide the second day gave a lot more information out and kept us informed every step of the way. Read full review

This was a good trip. In a mini bus, th e castle is amazing and watching the video of Hearst growing up helped to explain so much
