We did this amazing tour and our tour guide Helena took care of every bit with regards to visiting monuments and spots The downside however was the lunch and dinner breaks only at Chinese/Asian places which wasn’t fair for travelers.. from other parts. Understand the operators are Asian but when others like us book and travel with your company other food choices also needs to be taken care The other important aspect was not being able to use the toilet on the bus for emergency and found it unacceptable and strange as I had an emergency and the driver said no service area to stop and the toilet at the rear of the bus was locked and not to be used. Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to convey my sincere thanks to James Huang, the tour guide of the tour Washington DC and Philadelphia from 3rd to 4th September 2018. James Huang is undoubtedly an honest and professional tour guide I have me..t until now in my life. Before the tour date, he sent me very useful information so that I can have good preparation for a perfect tour. When he asked everyone on the bus about the optional tours, I had to admit that he did not let tourists feel pressurized not to join those. Besides informing the price, he did print out the price list of the optional tours, so everyone can consider their decisions easily. He is totally an honest gentleman. In addition, I was totally impressed by his excellent knowledge. I could gain a lot of information about the history of America as well as interesting places. It is true that his professionalism, enthusiasm and devotion to the tour win my complete trust in tours4fun. If I have a chance to travel to US, I really hope that I can meet James Huang for the upcoming tours. I booked this tour not really sure of what the weekend would entail. Boy was I surprised!! First of all the value of this tour is unbeatable. Evertyhting they say you'll get in the advertisement is exact and more. Our tour guide Benjamin ..was great and kept our tour on pace. The hotel accommodation was perfect and breakfast was included.
