Everything was perfect and Mr. Bing was very helpful and organized

Itinerary was good, but here are the few things to improve: 1. They couldn’t let me upgrade my hotel. The tour company said that the rooms are not available in the hotel I chose. When I directly checked the hotel website, there are plent..y of rooms available. Finally, I just had to go with the default red lion hotel. 2. Tour guide was fluent in Chinese but his English was OK. 3. Minivan used for transportation was not good. Seats are not comfortable, temperature control was not good. If you are a tall person, it’s gonna ****. I got terrible cold by the end of the tour. 4. Tour guide asked for $55 per person for 2lunches and 1dinner during the tour with the whole group and said that there won’t be any restaurants available in the vicinity(which was not completely true). The food at the restaurants(All Chinese) they took us to was not good and seemed unhygienic. I found other places nearby despite paying $55 :( 5. Most of the people in the tour were old people. Too much of tour (food and commentary) is Chinese oriented. We did get to see all sights promised, and hotel was good. Could have used more time in Victoria.

It was an amazing trip, and we have an amazing tourguide Jack he was so nice and helpful, he translates well during the trip and I want to go back visit victoria again!!!
