great tour and tour guide

Amazing attraction Making one day is too short for this trip. Travel time was longer than time given to explore and enjoy what Grand Canyon West has to offer. Too short. Too many transfer and too much confusion on meals arrangement.

Lots of misunderstanding. Ctour bus that we took do not have public announcing system or tour guide did not use it. Keeps on talking while bus is on the go so we on the rear part of the vehicle did not understood what is being said. On the ..food line I was asked for a food voucher but I was not given one. The lady saw my hat with a "Vietnam Veteran" logo and she gave me a bag of potato chips. The tour guide drop me off at MGM and told me to walk to Rio (my hotel and original pick up point). Told me that it will take 17 minutes to walk. Since I have a disability on my right foot it took me 1 1/2 hour to get to Rio which is about 2 miles. I struggled to walk because I was short in cash to take a cab and does not know how to use the transit system. I have to put ice on my feet when I got into my room because of the pain. The bus was comfortable. The host was great. His knowledge of the history was so enlightening.
