Just be warned first that the tour is geared towards Chinese tourists and as such the tour guide mostly speaks in Mandarin. So with that in mind you should consider if you are okay with that. Just like your typical group tour, time is very ..strict during meetups. The itinerary was pretty good, it included the old town, USS Midway and cruise to see the US Navy Pacific fleet and Balboa Park in the afternoon. Guide will give you tips you could avoid to save time. The tour is mostly self tour. I just wished we were given a bit more time in Balboa Park as 1 hr in my opinion is not enough. Pros: 1. Good itinerary as it covered the four major tourist spots i’d like to visit. 2. Online booking was fast. Cons: 1. The tour seems to be catered to Chinese tourists. As a non-Chinese tourist, i had some difficulty in communic..ating w the tour guide speaking in English. Some guides do not speak good English. I had to take the initiative to ask the guide if i need to know something or if i observe some commotion from the Chinese tourists that i don’t understand. 2. I kept transferring to different buses. We liked the tour alot. Being on the Midway was special and the tour scenic. The only the I did not like was having the tour mostly in Chinese. 50-50 would have been fine but 80-20 wasn't. Overall it was a nice tour though and I'd do it aga..in. Read full review

Good value for money, good itinerary, very nice guide. The only bad side is the bus changing and waiting.
