This was the worst city tour I have ever been on. I called to confirm the Troy the day before like the paperwork said to only to be given two other numbers to call. They didn’t say where we can park. The bus ride was too long and the trip.. guide didn’t give any information about the sites we were passing by. We stopped at gas stations to eat. Missed tours because people were late back to the bus from another stop. Being on a time table if people don’t make it back they should have been left rather than making others miss sites. The driver was horrible and kept breaking every other minute making it a long jerky ride. Would not recommend this trip to anyone. Read full review

The tour guy was very unprofessional

The tour guide Yao was fabulous. He was well versed in the highlights of NY. Very personable and respectful. I will be planning to go back in the very NEAR future. I would however add that cash only is required at the end of your tour. I fo..rtunately had the cash but everyone else on our tour did not. So they had to find an ATM. Read full review

Descent experience for a one day trip. Time only enough to visit three selected places. Travel is long and is the key of how many things you can visit taking in consideration traffic conditions.
