We can not confirm the parking arrangement as you will need to be in the place early to arrange it by your own. If you want to join the tour, please make sure that the wheelchair is foldable and a number of guests will be there to assist the customer in embarking and disembarking in the bus. We will be staying at the Rio. it is not reflected on your hotel pick up list. how far is the closest pickup site? And is there a closer approximate time of pick up within the 5A-7A window?
