Q: We have booked a bus tour with the tour code#USLA2-121 for 9-18-2010. We have requested the pick up and the drop off place are in Las Vegas at the time of booking. However, now we would like to have pick up at Las Vegas but choose to be drop off at Los Angeles. Please advice if that be possible and would that be any fee due to the change.

You can stay with the group for returning back to Los Angeles, the drop off location is the same as the departure location from Los Angeles. There is no additional fee applies.

Your third guest can either be male or female. For this particular tour there are no applicable adimission fees for the free guest. . Share room basis means that the thrid guest is free if he/she is sharing the same room as the first two guest. At this moment the tour price is $936.00 for 3 people in one room for the this particular tour. Please refer to the pricing page for addmission fee payable on tour. The gender of the third traveler is of no consequence to the price of the reservation. The admission fees refer directly to the sightseeing included as part of the package where no admission fees will be charged. Share room basis, basically means that multiply travelers will share a room. The total amount for three travelers sharing a room for all the accomodations included in the package will total to only $936.00.

Q: Dear Julia, I have booked the USLA2-121 tour (7day Mt Rushmore & Yellowstone) departing from Las Vegas on Sat 12th June. My questions are:- (a) Can you give me some directions (landmarks) where is the Tropical Bus Stop in Las Vegas to embark on this tour? I can't seem to find Tropical Hotel on the Internet. They only have Tropicana Hotel. Are the two the same? If not what is the address of Tropical Hotel? (b) Not knowing that the tour will arrrive back at Las Vegas on the 6th day (17th June) only after 8:30 pm, I have unfortunately paid for an airticket to depart from Las Vegas airport by WestJet Airlines (WS1401) at 9:10 pm to Calgary. Since I am now unable to catch my flight if I continue on the coach tour to Las Vegas, I am planning to FLY down from Salt Lake City on the 5:08pm flight from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas to catch the WS1401 WestJet flight departing at 9:10 pm. My question is what time will the tour bus leave Salt Lake City for Las Vegas after the morning City Tour?, I hope it will be before 2:30 pm so that I can complete the morning SLC city tour and then proceed to the SLC Airport in time to catch the 5:08pm flight to Las Vegas. 2009-01-27 12:34:50 Hi Helle: We will ensure that when you book both these tours, pickups from the Comfort Suites in Rosemead will be arranged and we will make the transitions between both tours as smooth as possible. Airport pickup will be arranged for your arrival on July 14, and you will be checked in to the Comfort Suites in Rosemead. You'll be picked up from your hotel the next day (July 15), for the 7-Day Yellowstone Tour ending on July 21. Stay at the Comfort Suites the night of July 21, and then travel around on July 22 starting your 9 Day tour (tour code: USLA2-300). For the last night of your 9 day tour, we can book you at the Ramada Plaza LAX which offers a free shuttle service to and from the LAX airport. When booking the tours, please book USLA2-121 for July 15, 2009 and book USLA2-300 for July 21, 2009. 2009-01-26 17:46:57 Hi Helle: Both of the tours can definitely be done where an upgrade for the Los Angeles hotels will be booked for the Comfort suites in Rosemead with a doubleroom, non-smoking. What we suggest is that you book the tour USLA2-121 for July 15 but you have to arrive in on July 14 to take advantage of the airport pickup and the hotel stay arranged before the tour departure on July 15. After the 7 Day tour, you can then book the 9 Day tour with tour code: USLA2-300 for July 21. The additional payable amounts aside from the tour package prices will be for a hotel extension for the night before the 7 day tour. The charge for the hotel extension would only be $96.00 for the one extra night and the booking would be for the Comfort Suites in Rosemead.
