I may suggest the pick-up location from Chinatown, Los Angeles as there are a few parking structures around that area that can assist you for an extra cost. As each guest books their tour, they will need to reference the reservation number of the first booking, leaving a clear note in the comment box when placing their order online, that they "wish to be together with the following reservation number__________". Q: Hi, I and my friends plan to buy the buy 2 get 1 free deal. However, 1 plan is not sure yet whether she can join finally yet. I saw there's a no show fee of $100. However, if my friend decides and let you know in advance that she cancel (2 of us still take the tour), then we won't have to pay the no show free or any free right? In order to obtain the "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion, you must make one reservation with 3 people in one room.
When making your reservation under the "Easy Book" section, under lodging select "Share Room".
Each passenger will enter their e-mail address and provided with a link in order to pay for their portion of the tour.
Alternatively, you can select your payment as Pay Pal and each passenger can submit their portion of the tour price through Paypal.com.
