Can we park overnight at the Best Western Executive at Rowland Heights during our tour? If not, is there a pickup location we can park safely for 3 days 2 nights? Thanks.

Regretfully, we do not provide any overnight parking.
I may suggest the pick-up location from Chinatown, Los Angeles as there are a few parking structures around that area that can assist you for an extra cost.

This tour is conducted bilingually in English and Chinese.
As each guest books their tour, they will need to reference the reservation number of the first booking, leaving a clear note in the comment box when placing their order online, that they "wish to be together with the following reservation number__________".
We will then, attempt to arrange you together accordingly.
We offer our website in 3 different languages as the code you have provided appears to be from the Chinese website.
You can book on either website depending on which language by email you wish to receive the correspondence during your confirmation process.

Im staying in Westlake Village, is it possible to get an enroute pickup ratehr than me have to drive into LA to then have to drive past Westlake Village on the tour?

Hi,
I and my friends plan to buy the buy 2 get 1 free deal.
However, 1 plan is not sure yet whether she can join finally yet.
I saw there's a no show fee of $100. However, if my friend decides and let you know in advance that she cancel (2 of us still take the tour), then we won't have to pay the no show free or any free right? How long do we need to let you know in advance if one person cancels?

Dear Customer,
Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (per change).
The $30 Amendment Fee also applies to such changes where an additional passenger is added or removed from an existing reservation.
