All of our helicopter tours have weight limits and can only seat up to 6-7 passengers, depending on the helicopter size. Your party will definitely need to split up into 2 groups for this tour. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your party will have both helicopters private, but will make sure that you will be placed in two helicopters or three.

Clients are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1 - 1.5 hours prior to departure due to time of day and traffic conditions.
- Clients arrive at Boulder Terminal for check-in.
- Clients board the airplane approximately 10 minutes before departure and fly to the Grand Canyon West airport. Flight time is approximately 30 minutes.
- Deplane the aircraft and board helicopter from canyon rim to Canyon floor
- Board boat on the Colorado River. Approximately 15-minute boat ride on the Colorado River. Board helicopter and return to rim of the canyon.
- Light meal is served. (The meal may be served before the boat excursion depending on the day and time).
- Return by motorcoach to Grand Canyon West airport and board plane. Return flight to Boulder Terminal is approximately 30 minutes.
- Deplane the aircraft and board motorcoach for return to hotel.
Departs Boulder Terminal. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off at most major Las Vegas hotels*.
