Day1 Los Angeles - Las Vegas Depart Los Angeles at approx 7:30AM for Las Vegas. (Pickup times at Los Angeles area hotels range between 6:45AM - 7:45AM based on the hotel location.) Arrive in Las Vegas at approx 1:15PM.
Day 2 Las Vegas - Grand Canyon West Rim (Fly Over Tour) - Las Vegas - Los Angeles Early AM Grand Canyon Air Tour. Soar over and into the depths of the Grand Canyon to view this majestic and awe-inspiring "Wonder of the World" by airplane. View Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Colorado River and the Grand Canyon West Rim. (Tour length included pick up / drop off is approx 4 hours). Free time in afternoon with a 3:30PM departure from Las Vegas (board at our designated pick up locations with our onboard attendant). Special Notes
- Pickup times at Los Angeles area hotels range between 6:45AM - 7:45AM based on the hotel location and traffic condition. Times will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- We require a confirmation call 48 hours prior to the departure date.
- It is requested that each passenger brings along no more than 2 pieces of luggage plus one carry-on. A charge may apply for excessive luggage.
- Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
