• To conceptualize and create web graphics (banners, email blasts, animations) for eCommerce sites.
• To assist in conceptualizing and designing internal marketing materials (for print and the company website).
• To do post-processing of photographic images and video editing.
• To collaborate with marketing department, oversea developers, and other stakeholders to establish the vision of the project and analyze trade-offs between usability and website performance needs.
Requirements
• An exceptional portfolio that showcases solid conceptual, color, layout graphic design skills as well as fully functional web projects is required.
• Think creatively and critically, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into stunning, original, and elegant designs.
• Presenting organized files such as Photoshop layered/folder files.
• Experience with responsive design and creating interfaces for mobile devices is preferred.
• Knowledge of current trends in design, typography, UI/UX, web standards and usability.
• Experience with HTML / CSS and familiarity with JavaScript preferred.
• A deep understanding of branding concepts and online marketing principles.
• Detailed understanding of marketing campaign pipelines including audience, call to action and purpose of each marketing project assigned.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, organize and manage time effectively.
• Have a can-do attitude, proof of experience, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.
• Knowledge of what developers can and cannot do for the web.
