	I am interested in a reservation for 4 people on the 13rd of October for the Grand Kingdom (Ecostar Helicopter Tour). What do you mean with "Fuel surcharge will be collected at check in"? This is reflected in the price of $272/person? If it is not what is the final price? How many people the Helicopter usually carries? Thank you very much

Hi Ricardo Lirio:

Fuel surcharge is not included in the tour price and will be collected in cash at the start of the tour. The fuel surcharge is about $10-$20 per person and we will reconfirm the charge during the official booking.

These helicopters usually hold up to 6 passenger or more (7 counting pilot)

Sit back and relax for an exciting flight over sights such as Point Imperial, Eastern Gorge, the Painted Desert, and the Colorado River. Your adventure takes you over the North Canyon and into the Eastern Canyon; known for its quiet beauty. Along this tour discover the majestic Dragon Corridor at the North Rim of the canyon. Enjoy sights such as Zuni Point, the meeting point of the Colorado River and Little Colorado River, the Kaibab Plateau, and Temple Butte. Departs from Grand Canyon Helicopters Heliport at the South Rim.
- Passengers arrive at the Grand Canyon National Park Airport on own 45 minutes prior to departure for check-in.
- Passengers board the helicopter for air tour. Approximate 45-50 minutes.

Pick up times:
Morning to Before Noon (5AM-11AM)
Noon to Late Afternoon (12:00PM-5:00PM)

We recommend that you book as far in advance to secure preferred pick up times for your tour. Please include your preferred pickup time in the additional notes when booking online (times requested are not guaranteed due to changing schedules and availability). Please note that cancellations will be charged based on our Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

Reservation Process and E-Ticket

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
