Book two Globus vacations traveling in the same year and receive 5% off the land portion of your second tour. If you take three tours, you save 5% on each of your next two. Discount on the land-only portion of core tour, not including extra night accommodations, extensions, taxes/fees, tips and supplements. Does not apply to Cosmos, Monograms or Avalon Waterways. Day 2 - MADRID - ÁVILA - SALAMANCA - COIMBRA, PORTUGAL Visit fortified Ávila with its intact medieval city walls, then stop in Salamanca. Be sure to spend some time wandering around Salamanca's Plaza Mayor, considered the most beautiful square in Spain. Travel through the valley of the Serra da Estrela on your way to Coimbra in Portugal. Today's Distance: 329 mi/ 530 km (B,D)
Day 3 - COIMBRA - FÁTIMA - OBIDOS - LISBON Enjoy an orientation tour of Coimbra, strategically situated on a hill overlooking the Mondego River. Continue to Fatima to visit the Sanctuary, a catholic pilgrimage site where the Virgin Mary appeared to three shepherd children"Francisco, Jacinth, and Lucia"on May 13, 1917. On to Obidos, a fortified city still flanked by towers and bastions overlooking the countryside dotted with windmills. Overnight in Lisbon. Today's Distance: 177 mi/ 285 km (B)
Day 4 - LISBON Henry the Navigator made Lisbon the 15th-century "Mistress of the Seas." You'll see his monument, the Belem Tower, the Moorish Citadel, the impressive Black Horse Square, and other highlights on your guided city tour. Spend the afternoon at leisure in the Alfama's tile-decorated streets or discover the Portuguese Riviera by joining our optional excursion. (B)
Day 5 - LISBON - SEVILLE, SPAIN Drive through the Alentejo countryside, famous for its cork production. Continue south as far as the sunny Algarve region on your way to delightful Seville. Today's Distance: 287 mi/ 462 km (B,D)
Day 6 - SEVILLE Seville is one of Spain's most vibrant cities. Enjoy an included sightseeing tour with all the main highlights, including the iconic Plaza de España. (B)
Day 7 - SEVILLE - CORDOBA - MADRID Travel to Cordoba, Spain's most Moorish city with its Mezquita, which is rightly known as one of Islam's greatest pieces of architecture outside the Arab world. On through the very heart of La Mancha, famed for its castles and windmills, to Madrid. This evening, why not join the optional traditional tapas dinner and highlights of Madrid? Day 8 - MADRID This morning, enjoy free time in Madrid or join the fascinating optional trip to Toledo. The splendid setting of this old walled city above the Tagus River was made famous in El Greco's painting"even now, it's like a great open-air museum of Spanish history and art. Later, join the included Madrid city sightseeing. As the capital of Spain and situated 2,180 feet above sea level, the Spaniards call Madrid the nearest thing to Heaven. (B)

Great trip from start to finish! Verified PurchaseGreat sightseeing in Lisbon, I had plenty of time to walk around and shop. Seville, Cordoba and Madrid are amazing cities, and have some of the finest architecture in Europe.
Special Notes
- In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.
- Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
