Summary of The Day: Today, you'll begin your fantastic journey to discover the unique national parks and monuments of the Southwest.
After picking you up from the airport, we'll transfer you to the first nights hotel in Los Angeles.
If you arrive at LAX before 5:00pm, you can take Santa Monica tour (own expense). We offer you comfortable bus transfer and professional guide to enjoy beautiful Santa Monica Beach in South California. The round trip shuttle bus departs every hour from 12:00pm to 8:00pm. You can freely choose your bus schedule according to the flight time.
Summary of The Day: From Los Angeles we'll head out of the city to sunny Palm Springs, stopping at the Palm Springs Outlet, home to hundreds of discount-luxury brand shops. You can find almost any brands you can think of here at a discounted rate!
From here we'll continue to Phoenix and spend the night at the Hilton Hotel, located near many cafes, restaurants, and lively bars.
Summary of The Day: We'll begin today with a visit to an artificial ecological system, the Biosphere 2 (admission not included).This unique attraction simulates the biological systems of the Earth, including marine deserts, swamps, savannahs, and tropical rain forest, and is home to more than 3,800 species of plants and animals.
Afterwards, we will visit Tucson Pima Air & Space Museum (admission not included) where we'll get the chance to take a tram tour (optional, own expense) to see the largest exhibition of US military airplanes.
From here we'll head to one of the major highlights of this trip, Mission San Xavier del Bac, which is the oldest church in the southwestern part of the United States with three hundred years of history. It has a typical Spanish architecture style, and its white appearance is exceptionally striking.
We'll end the day in the the nearest Arizona city to Mexico - Tuscon - spending the night at the Casino Del Sol Resort.
Summary of The Day: Today we'll take a trip to the Saguaro National Park (admission not included), home to thousands of saguaro cacti. The saguaro cactus is the largest and the tallest cactus in the world. It needs 30 years to blossom and bear fruit, and 70 years to grow a side arm. Saguaro is known as "the soul of the desert." which is also the symbol of Mexico and the Arizona.
We'll return to Phoenix to see the Arizona State Capital and then we'll head back to Los Angeles, stopping in Palm Springs along the way.
