Airport Transfers between Las Vegas International Airport (LAS) and Las Vegas Hotels

You'll be glad you booked a great value shared shuttle in advance, while enjoying one of our new modern comfortable vehicles and taking in the beautiful sights of Las Vegas. Your shared shuttle will be able to load your luggage on the inner curb just outside the baggage claim area so that you can be sure to save yourself the long walking distance.

* For airport pick-up times, please select the time interval of your flight arrival. For example, if your flight arrives at 7:15 a.m., please select 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. airport pick-up time. Please also enter in your flight information: Airline Carrier, Flight #, and Flight Arrival Time in the booking section.

NOTE TO PASSENGERS

Arrival Procedures:

From Baggage Claim in Terminal 1, proceed out Door 9 and from Baggage Claim in Terminal 3, proceed out Door 52 to the Bell Trans booth. The greeter will direct you to the appropriate vehicle and the driver will provide you with a ticket for your return from the hotel to the airport.

Return Procedures:

Return reservations are required and can be made upon arrival, or immediately after you check-in to your hotel in Las Vegas. To schedule return pickup service from your hotel to the airport, please call (702) 739-7990 and advise the reservations agent that you have a pre-paid voucher to avoid duplicate reservations. Please plan to leave your hotel 2.5. – 3.5 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure.

Departure Procedures:

Note the appropriate shuttle bus pickup location noted on travel document or as directed by hotel personnel. Due to traffic conditions, please allow 10-15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time for your shuttle bus to arrive.

Special Notes
  • Effective 10/1/2017, clients arriving at McCarran International Airport (LAS) with vouchers issued to GO Showtime Tours will be serviced by Bell Trans.
  • Airport Information:
    McCarran International Airport will post visible signage in the baggage claim area to advise arriving passengers who are looking for GO Showtime Tours that service will be provided by Bell Trans. This signage will direct passengers to the Bell Trans kiosk outside baggage claim. Fortunately, the Bell Trans kiosk is located only several feet from the GO Showtime Tours kiosk and is easily visible.
  • A special vehicle can be arranged for those needing wheelchair assistance.
  • Passengers must have separate vouchers for inbound and outbound services that must be presented to driver upon arrival and departure.
  • The following will NOT be accepted:
  • Faxed or copies of vouchers
  • Vouchers not addressed to Gray Line New York
  • Vouchers which do not indicate number of passengers and airport
  • Luggage Policy: Luggage allowances are 2 standard-size suitcases and 1 carry-on per person. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. If passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes a private van will be required. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Prime Time Shuttle will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger’s baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. If you require assistance finding a specific tour, please contact us for more information.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

    Transportation and driver were excellent but we had trouble finding the bus. There was no one at either kiosk (52 or 57) which resulted in a lot of unnecessary walking and frustration after a long flight.
