Our service offers you transportation between Honolulu International Airport and major hotels at Waikiki
For the Airport Express, we pick up based on the guests' flight information. Please provide the name, date, airline, flight number and ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival) when booking. For Departures, please provide all details like your hotel location and your departure flight time.
When you arrive in Honolulu, please look-out for our Shuttle Representative (Wearing a Yellow Aloha Print Uniform) at the Baggage Claim area, or the International Arrival’s Custom’s FIT exit.

Yes, our Shuttle stops at various hotels, hostels, and condos. However, not all properties have a loading zone or area to drop directly by its front door. For those properties that have limited access, we will drop off at the closest area safely.

The approximate drive time is about 20 minutes, and the average time to the last stop is 45 minutes.
How long is the shuttle ride from Waikiki to the airport?
It takes about 45 to 60 minutes from Waikiki to the airport, depending on the number of pickups and traffic congestion.
Is a car seat required for infants?
No, Hawaii State law does not require the use of car seats. Please seat infants on an adult's lap.

This service is based on the per person rate including two standard size luggage, any additional luggage subject to charge.

The tour price may vary especially during holidays due to the air ticket price fluctuation. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
If we confirm that the air ticket fee will be adjusted after 24 hours of your booking, we will continue processing your orders after consult your opinion and obtain your approval. If the ticket price fluctuates greatly which makes you willing to give up your order, we will immediately cancel it with no additional charges.
Passengers are responsible for verifying their luggage is loaded by the bus operator. Tours4Fun assumes no liability for lost baggage, except if baggage is lost in transit, in which case the maximum liability is $100.00 per bag, not to exceed $200.00 per person. Tours4Fun assumes no liability for damaged baggage, except if baggage is damaged in transit, in which case the maximum amount for a damaged luggage claim is $30.00 per bag, not to exceed $60.00 per person. Airline damaged or lost bags must be reported directly to the airlines. All claims shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence.
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
