Day 1 Hometown - Los Angeles Your fun tour begins when your airplane lands on Los Angeles LAX airport. You will be greeted by friendly tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area. He or she will transfer you to hotel and facilitate you with check-in if needed. Airport pick-up is free only between 9:00am-10:00pm. If customers join our package tour and self check in LA hotel, please be noticed that the check in time is 3:00pm or later.
Day 2 San Diego Sea World "Entrance ticket of theme park at one's own expenses" San Diego Sea World, the world-famous marine-life theme park, is situated in the city of San Diego in Southern California, and covers a 135-acre area.This world renowned park showcases some of the best performances of the beautiful creatures that belong to ocean-world - dolphins, walruses, sea lions, and the ever popular - Shamu - the adorable killer whale. The park is a home for some of the most intriguing and exotic creatures of the sea. San Diego Sea World is a great getaway with your kids.
Day 3 Los Angeles - Solvang - Hearst Castle - San Francisco Today we will have a drive along The Pacific Coast Highway towards Solvang from the City of Angels. Enjoy the scenery all the way before arriving at Solvang, the "Danish Capital of America". You will be pleasantly surprised to see the charming streets of this European styled village. One instantly gets a feel of Denmark at Solvang due to its authentic town Danish structures, windmills and shopkeepers dressed in traditional costumes. After a memorable visit to Solvang, we will travel to the magnificent Hearst Castle, one of the few castles in United States with exquisite structure and magnificent pools, housing a priceless collection of art and antique pieces.
Day 4 San Francisco City Sightseeing In the morning we will travel to the fabulous city of San Francisco. On arrival, tour the world famous Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, Palace of Fine Arts, Oakland Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, and Chinatown. You can take an optional in depth city tour including Castro Street, the Cathedral of Saint Mary, Twin Peaks and San Francisco City Hall.
After visiting all the major sights in the morning, the tour guide will arrange a few hours of free time for passengers to enjoy in the afternoon. Passengers are welcome to take the optional In-depth San Francisco Sight Seeing Tour, visit some friends, or enjoy other sights or activities during this free time in the afternoon. Details will be provided to passengers on tour by the tour guide.
Day 5 San Francisco - Yosemite - Los Angeles Sit back and enjoy the journey as you head north to Yosemite through miles of scenic vineyards, orchards, and fertile farmlands. Arrive at Yosemite National Park to view the El Capitan, a magnificent and gigantic granite monolith which one of the most popular attractions in the park. Surround yourself in the natural beauty of Yosemite as you experience the beautiful lakes, giant pine trees, captivating waterfalls and massive rock cliffs. An afternoon departure from Yosemite will bring you back to Los Angeles around 6:30 p.m. in the evening.
Day 6 Los Angeles - Grand Canyon West
Morning Depart from Los Angeles, we process to West Grand Canyon. Afternoon, arrive West Grand Canyon, check-in at Hualapai Ranch which is only 1000' away from the Canyon. Then visit Eagle Point and enjoy the Indian Culture Show (singing and dancing), or you can join the world famous Skywalk which was open on March 28th, 2007. The Skywalk is suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River. This $60 million dollar bridge can withstand the weight of more than 71 million pounds. You can step out on to the glass floor for a 720 degree view of the Canyon. You can also experience Helicopter with Colorado river boat ride. Arrive Guano Point to view the Grand Canyon in all directions (360 degree) and enjoy the beautiful sunset. BBQ Ribs dinner will be served in the Ranch with live country and western music show. After dinner, camp fire party beside the rooms in front of West Grand Canyon, follow up with the Karaoke if you are still awake.Please note during the trip to Grand Canyon West, we'll just pass by Hoover Dam, rather than stop here for visit beacause of the safety elements.
Day 7 Grand Canyon West - Las Vegas Watch the sunrise through your room's window or walk around the Ranch, then enjoy your breakfast. After breakfast, take a 30 minute Wagon ride around the West Grand Canyon, enjoy watching the cowboys in fictional gun fights and stunt shows. You can also participate in the cowboy's activities if you desire. You will then have some leisure time to enjoy an optional horse ride together with the cowboys. Depart West Grand Canyon with your precious memories. We then continue on to Las Vegas, Nevada- the gambling capital of the world. You will spend one night at a hotel located in the center of the Las Vegas Strip. You will have the chance to visit its other famous hotels within walking distance such as- the Luxor, New York New York, Treasure Island, Mirage, etc.....You may enjoy an optional night tour or the best seller Jubilee show.
Day 8 Chocolate Factory - Desert Cactus Garden - Los Angeles In the morning, we will continue the tour to Chocolate Factory and Desert Cactus Garden. Depart for Los Angeles, on the way, we will stop at the Lenwood factory outlet mall where you can purchase famous brands at the lowest price possible. Arrive in Los Angeles in the evening.
Day 9 Universal Studios "Entrance ticket of theme park at one's own expenses" - Hometown Welcome to The Entertainment Capital of Los Angeles - Universal Studios. Start your exciting day at Universal with the popular Studio Tour. See how the magic in Hollywood is created by going behind the scenes of re-created movie scene thrills and television show set. Enjoy live-shows like WaterWorld, Shrek 4-D, Terminator 2: 3D, and Universal's House of Horrors. Pump up the excitement and go down the escalators by visiting: Jurassic Park - the Ride, Revenge of the Mummy - the Ride, and BACKDRAFT. Take a leisurely walk through Universal City Walk before ending a fun-filled day. Take pleasure of visiting unique great shops, restaurants, and assorted entertainment offered on Universal City Walk. There is a complimentary drop service to Los Angeles airport, marking the end of your tour.If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please arrange US domestic flight after 9:30pm, international flight after 10:30pm. If the itinerary on the last day is heading to Los Angeles from Las Vegas, then if you wish to end your tour is Las Vegas, please leave us a comment under the comments section when completing your reservation. However, if you do choose to depart from Las Vegas, you'll forego the tour to the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Cactus Gardens and the Tanger Outlet Center. For guest departing from Las Vegas, please depart from your room by 11:30am. Check-out is not necessary; the tour guide will make arrangement for you before departing the hotel. We recommend bus or taxi service for guest flying out of McCarran International Airport. Taxi can be arranged for $25-$30 and takes about 20 minutes. Bus Transportation costs $3.00 and takes about 1 hour-1 and a half hour. |
Special Notes
- For having a smooth journey and comfortable experience, we strongly recommand you upgrade your hotel in Los Angeles.
- Guests who take domestic flights please meet tour guide at Baggage Claim Area.
Guests who take international flights please meet tour guide at Exit Area. - Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact local tour provider to see if there is available staff to accommodate your needs.
- We strongly recommend that you should contact airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.
- If you wish to fly out of LAX airport on the last day of the tour, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.
- Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
- Information on staying in San Francisco: Instead of returning to Los Angeles and attending the Yosemite tour on the last day, clients may opt out of the Yosemite tour and end their tour in San Francisco if they chose to do so.
- Information on traveling to downtown San Francisco via Public Transportation: All hotels used on the tour are near the Fremont / Union City region. Clients may ask the hotel for a taxi service to the nearest Bart / train station (around $15). Clients may then use the Bart / train system's transfer services to arrive at downtown San Francisco.
- Information on traveling to downtown San Francisco via direct Taxi service: Transportation from the Fremont / Union city region to downtown San Francisco take about 40 minutes - 1 hour. Taxi fares may vary.
- Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather. - For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel's policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time);if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
