We enjoyed great stays at the Hyatt chain hotels. The hotel staff greeted us immediately when we walking into the lobby. Check-in and Check-out was smooth, with tour guide抯 arrangement. The rooms were great and the service was excellent. W..e loved the lush landscaping, the rooms, and the great service.

We stayed in east coast cities for 7 days last week visited many interesting places. This time my grandmother traveled with us. So initially we were so nervous about our stays. Nobody would think travel is no big deal for a 70 years old lad..y. We all felt very satisfied with the comfortable tour coach and our stays. The tour coach was in good condition with pleasant temperature. Hotel rooms were of a good size, nicely decorated and very clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom was OK. We really appreciate our kind guide. He helped us a lot! My grandmother liked to talk with him especially. He was nice and patient!

My family and I had a great time on this trip-there was so much to see and do and the price was very reasonable for the services rendered! Our guide was really fun and she made the trip very memorable! New York was fascinating as was Philad..elphia- my kids just loved going up to the top of the Empire State Building and my wife's favourite highlight of New York was the Statue of Liberty in all her glory! I wish we could have spent more time in Washington D.C. because of the many tourist attractions I wanted to fit into our trip- but we just ran out of time!!! I am glad that we saw the most important ones that I had previously only seen in textbooks. My kids also went crazy for Hershey's Chocolate World- they never wanted to leave! I found some great souvenirs for my mother-in-law at the Corning Museum of Glass and was astounded at the beautiful Niagara Falls. Seeing the Falls at night was especially impressive! Boston was okay, but we preferred Rhode Island because of the shopping available for my wife. Overall we had a wonderful time, thank you very much tours4 fun!
