Day 1 Los Angeles - Palm Spring - Phoenix City In the morning, we will head to Palm Springs, known as the most famous resort in the world. The endless desert and countless Joshua trees will truly impress you. In the afternoon, we will head to Phoenix, which is filled with warm sunshine, where we will begin a city tour. Phoenix, beautifully named the winter palace of the sun, is where the state government is located. Arrive in Scottsdale. Stay overnight in Phoenix. or Hometown - PhoenixYou may also directly fly to Phoenix. Please arrange your plane arrive at Phoenix before 3:00pm. The tour guide will meet you at baggage claim at 4:30pm.
Day 2 Phoenix - Biosphere 2 - Saguaro National Park - Las Cruces After breakfast, head to the window of the future - Biosphere 2 (optional), which is famous for being the largest tight-aired bio-lab. In the afternoon, drive to Cactus NP. Stay overnight in Las Cruces.
Day 3 Las Cruces - Carlsbad Cavern National Park - White Sands National Park - Las Cruces Beginning at dawn, we will head to Carlsbad Cavern National Park (optional) where you will be impressed with the depth and height of many different kinds of stone. We will visit White Sand National Park after lunch, which includes a massive area of snow-white sand and white sand dunes, which are wonders of geology. Stay overnight in Las Cruces.
Day 4 Las Cruces - Santa Fe - Albuquerque Begin the day with walking tour of the town center where many historic buildings reveal the town's Spanish, Indian and American heritage, main sights includes the San Miguel
Mission, the palace of the governors. Continue the tour to Albuquerque, visit Balloon museum (optional). You will find out how and why balloon fly. Overnight at Albuquerque.
Day 5 Albuquerque - Petrified forest National Park - Horseshoe Bend - Lake Powell Early morning, start tour to Petrified Forest National Park. The highlight of the day is "Horseshoe Bend". Late afternoon Heading toward Lake Powell. Overnight at Lake Powell.
Day 6 Lake Powell - Antelope Canyon - Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park - Flagstaff Free in the morning, optional tour for Antelope Canyon. Continue to Lake Powell for Lake Cruise (optional), The highlight of the day is "Monument Valley". Overnight at Flagstaff.
Day 7 Flagstaff - Sedona - Phoenix - Los Angeles
Depart for Sedona Tour. This Picturesque city is surrounded bybeloved Red Rock Monoliths named coffeepot. After lunch, leaving Phoenix, on the way back to California. Arrive Los Angeles in the evening. This ends your seven-day trip.
Please schedule your flight departure from LAX after 9:00pm
For Phoenix departure, after lunch transfer to airport. Have a pleasant flight back to hometown. Please schedule your flight departure from Phoenix after 2:00pm. |
Special Notes
- Please note that the pickup location can not be changed or amended within 9 days of departure. Beyond 9 days, it can be required with additional amendment fee.
- SEATS LIMITED IN PEAK SEASON. We strongly recommend you reserve one month prior to the departure date. We will inform you the availability within 24-48 hours after booking. We highly recommend you please book your flight after receiving our confirmation.
- Cancellation Policy (Please note that CHANGE FEE and CANCELLATION FEE is the same):
1. 30 or more Days Prior to Departure Dates, 15% Reservation cost;
2. 17-29 Days Prior to Departure Date, 25% Reservation Cost;
3. 10-16 Days Prior to Departure Date, 50% Reservation Cost;
4. 8-9 Days Prior to Departure Date, 75% Reservation Cost;
5. 7 Days Prior to Departure Date, 100% Reservation Cost. - Please arrive at the pick up location 10 minutes prior to the pick up time.
- Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
- Please bring the travel document with you. (Valid I.D., passport or green card is needed for inspection.)
- Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather. - For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel's policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time);if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
