I went on this tour September 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed it. We did everything that was mentioned in the itinerary plus more. I would certainly recommend this tour if you want to see a lot in a short period of time. Be prepared for early s..tarts to the day and arriving to your hotel after dinner. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

My tour was from 11 Sep 2011 to 18 Sep 2011.
It was extremely fun given that the tour guide (Miss Fung Ting Ting) and the group was a bunch of fun loving people to begin with. My wife and I had thoroughly enjoyed our time there
Ms Fun..g was extremely good in providing us information along the way and had taken care of the group extremely well. I note that there is a similar tour at $558 per pax I suggest to take this tour at $560 which I experience good service and comfort (4 star hotel like Hilton and Hyatt) during the tour.
Also another point to note is that you have the liberty to opt which attraction you would like to go for. Of course do inform the guide earlier.

The tour bus was huge and our bus driver was really nice. He was amazing negotiating the bus around the streets and road works of NYC and interstates that go on forever. Each stop our tour guide let us know how long we had at that location,.. what to see, and all the information and history. We got to know a lot about each city over the 7 days and came home feeling like we knew a lot more then we would have found out on our own. Our tour guide was very informative and he got along with everyone on the bus. We did have long days, (early mornings and late nights), but seeing as much as we did it was well worth it. The hotels were very nice and getting into our room each evening was very quick and hassle free. The people on the tour with us were a bit of a worry at first. We had a lot of Asian tourists with us on the bus and didn't know what to expect. By the end of the tour we all knew each other quite well and I loved learning things about Chinese culture. I had no problems with anyone on the bus and by the second or third day we were all talking to each other easily. The buffet dinners we had were amazing and very inexpensive and the Chinese banquets were full of great foods. We visited so many places that were on my list of things I wanted to see while in the USA and I am so glad I chose this tour. I went on the tour with my 11 year old daughter and she loved it as much as me. I would recommend this tour to anyone who has a bit of adventure in them, sometimes it was fast paced and there was a lot of driving time on the bus but I do believe that without all this we wouldn't have seen half of what we did. It gave me a great introduction to the east coast USA and Canada and now I just want to see more. Everyone involved in the tour including the sightseeing guides were great and I would go again.

wanting to go on another next time we visit

hi there, I just come across you post and thought I might add my bit also. We have just come back from the USA and my daughter and I went on a 7 day east coast USA & Canada trip with tours4fun. We were quite worried but loved out trip. Ther..e was about 50 people on the bus and out of that 3 Aussies (including us)and 4 Spanish speaking people. Everyone else was from an Asian country but funnily enough they mostly had US passports. The first day was a little rough, getting to know the other people was testing at first, simply because of the lack of English. But by about day three we were getting along great. We stopped mostly at Buffets and had 2 or 3 Chinese Banquets. All the food stops were great nothing too freaky. Our guide was fantastic he told us a lot of info on the way to places and let us know exactly how much time we had at each tour. We paid him the extra for the optional tours in a lump sum and also the tips for his service. Our bus was quite big and had overhead room for a bag. We were assigned seats which worked well because we could leave things on out seats and always the stuff was there when we got back. Our bus driver was the best, he got around each city with ease and was a lot of fun to talk to each day. The mornings were quite early and we got into hotels about an hour or two after dark (one or two nights later then this) but the distances we traveled and the sightseeing we did
that was little surprise. I expected a far different experience but we both came into it expecting the worst and came out wanting to go on another next time we visit. The company that organized the tour overall was E travel and everyone on the bus had paperwork from about three or four tour companies.
The hotels were all very nice but we really only had time to shower, sleep and repack our huge suitcases.
If you take the tour go in with eyes open and just enjoy the trip, we had no problems with any part of the tour but by the end we were stuffed. Lots of walking places and we snuck in quite a lot of shopping in a few of the china towns.

I really enjoyed this tour, and was pretty happy to get out of New York because there are so many other sites to visit- New York was not my favourite place but I really enjoyed Canada and what it had to offer. Philadelphia was all right, bu..t I preferred seeing Washington. I really felt that there was so much to see and do there- I am a history buff and really liked going to the Lincoln Memorial and Capitol Hill as well as the National Museum of Natural History. What can I say about Niagara Falls except that it was fantastic!! Toronto was such a clean city and its people were down-to-earth and very friendly. I really loved the view from the top of the C.N. Tower! Ottawa was also very clean, and I liked being able to use a little high school French when I bought a yummy "beaver tail"- a delicious dessert treat- on the Rideau Canal. I would love to come back when there is snow on the ground and go skating down the Canal! Montreal was very impressive and it reminded me of Europe. Overall, I had a wonderful time and will be booking another tour with you soon.

I did this trip in September 2009. Excellent company to deal with - I had researched dozens of companies and found this to be the best value. As I live in Australia, I did not know 'Tours4Fun' at all but the reviews here and on Trip Advisor.. were very positive. Before I booked, I sent T4F a few questions via the website and they responded politely and quickly with helpful suggestions. I had no hesitation in booking over the Internet. Because I was travelling alone, I found the single person supplement to be good value. Many companies charged almost charge double for a single person supplement. On the day of the tour I was greeted by Alan, our very friendly and professional Guide. The bus was brand new and very comfortable and the driver was excellent. As the company caters for Asian travellers, most of the travellers were Asian and did not speak much English which can make it difficult to communicate with your fellow travellers but there were a handful of travellers from Europe and New Zealand. Hotels were amazing - this trip is worth it for the hotels alone. Most of the hotels were centrally located in 'safe' neighborhoods and were easily 4 star hotels - some had pools and gyms. Breakfast was not included on most days so get up a little earlier and get some local food. The lunch and dinners were usually at Asian themed restaurants but were mostly of high quality. The tour was well-paced and the commentary from Alan was excellent - he controls the group very well so that there is plenty of time to explore and take your photos. The included tours were excellent as Alan was very well educated in history and architecture which appealed to me. The optional extra tours were also very good value (eg Maid of the Mist or the 1000 Island Cruise). Overall, I would love to travel with Alan and T4F again.
