Day 1 HOMETOWN - LOS ANGELES Your fun tour begins when your airplane lands on Los Angeles airport (LAX). You will be greeted by friendly tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area. He or she will guide you to hotel and assist you with the check-in if needed.Airport pick-up is free only between 9:00am-10:00pm. If you arrive earlier or late, you may have to get to the hotel by your own. You may wait for 10-15 minutes due to busy airport pick-up service. Please understand. If customers join our package tour and self check in LA hotel, please be noticed that the check in time is 3:00pm or later.
Day 2 LOS ANGELES - BARSTOW FACTORY OUTLET - LAS VEGAS The tours starts with an enjoyable bus commute from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Drive through the beautiful mountains of San Bernardino into the Mojave Desert before finally arriving in Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world. Spend the rest of your time in Las Vegas at your leisure where you can explore the city and it's nightlife on your own or join an optional night tour and experience Fremont Street's Viva Vision, the fountain show at the Bellagio and the Masquerade Show in the Sky at the Rio.
Day 3 LAS VEGAS - GRAND CANYON (SOUTH RIM/WEST RIM) - LAS VEGAS South Canyon TourMorning proceed to one of the 7 wonders of the World- the Grand Canyon National Park. The Canyon is much greater both in size and beauty contrary to general misconception. Back to Las Vegas in the evening. Tonight, you can shop for famous brands in Caesar's Palace or try your gambling luck. OR West Canyon Tour (SKYWALK) Morning depart from Las Vegas, we process to West Grand Canyon. You can join the world famous Skywalk which was open on March 28th, 2007. The Skywalk is suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River. This $30 million dollar bridge can withstand the weight of more than 71 million pounds. You can step out on to the glass floor for a 720 degree view of the Canyon. You can also experience Helicopter with Colorado river boat ride. Back to Las Vegas in the evening. Tonight, you can shop for famous brands in Caesar's Palace or try your gambling luck at your own leisure.
Day 4 CHOCOLATE FACTORY - DESERT CACTUS GARDEN - LOS ANGELES We will depart from hotel in the morning and head to the M&M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Garden just outside of The Strip. Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Cactus Gardens is quite the adventure. It attracts millions of tourists a year. You can see chocolates being made, sample gourmet treats and meander through the maze of paths at the Botanical Cactus Gardens at no charge. We'll arrange lunch in downtown Las Vegas and depart from Las Vegas around 11:30am. On the way back to Los Angeles we'll stop by the famous Tanger Outlet Center (around 2:00pm or 3:00pm) where you'll be able to satisfy all shopping needs. The group will arrive back into the Los Angeles area between 6:00pm-6:30pm.
Day 5 UNIVERSAL STUDIOS "ENTRANCE TICKET OF THEME PARK AT ONE'S OWN EXPENSES" - TRANSFER TO AIRPORT In the Morning, Passing Downtown Los Angeles to Universal Studios and begin a "behind-the-scene" tour of Hollywood's busiest back lot, see how and where movies and TV shows are filmed. Face King Kong as he unleashes 30 feet and 30,000 pounds of howling, growling, living terror-just 36 inches from your unbelieving eyes! Be thrilled by the "Stunt Show Cowboys"; relive the attack by the shark from "Jaws", experience an earthquake, or watch the mesmerizing "Water World" show, feel the flames of "Backdraft" and the newest attraction "Jurassic Park"! Universal Studios, where Hollywood comes to life!
There is a complimentary drop service to Los Angeles airport, marking the end of your tour. If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m. Please note that the order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on your tour start day. If the itinerary on the last day is heading to Los Angeles from Las Vegas, then if you wish to end your tour is Las Vegas, please leave us a comment under the comments section when completing your reservation. However, if you do choose to depart from Las Vegas, you'll forego the tour to the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Cactus Gardens and the Tanger Outlet Center. For guest departing from Las Vegas, please depart from your room by 11:30am. Check-out is not necessary; the tour guide will make arrangement for you before departing the hotel. We recommend bus or taxi service for guest flying out of McCarran International Airport. Taxi can be arranged for $25-$30 and takes about 20 minutes. Bus Transportation costs $3.00 and takes about 1 hour-1 and a half hour. We offer following hotel extension services. Special Notes
- For having a smooth journey and comfortable experience, we strongly recommand you upgrade your hotel in Los Angeles.
- Please meet tour guide at Baggage Claim Area after your arrival at Los Angeles airport on the first day.
- Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact local tour provider to see if there is available staff to accommodate your needs.
- We strongly recommend that you should contact airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.
- If you wish to fly out of LAX airport on the last day of the tour, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.
- Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
- Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather. - For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel's policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time);if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
