Day 1Hometown - San Francisco
San FranciscoAirport (SFO) transfer in, Discover America's most picturesque and culturally diverse city - San Francisco. Highlights include: Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman's Wharf, Market Street and Chinatown.
Please arrange the arrival time in San Francisco (SFO) before 11:00am, for all customers joining the SF City Tour on the same day.

Note: Pick Up location in San Francisco Airport
1. Domestic flights with UA or AA - From Baggage Claim area, please exit the building and turn right, walk 50 meters to "COURTYARD # 4".
2. Domestic flights (and flights from Canada) with all airlines other than UA or AA - From baggage claim area, please exit the building and turn left, then walk 50 meters to "COURTYARD # 1"
3. International flights (not including flights from Canada) - Exit the U.S. Customs area and turn left, take the elevator to the 1st floor at the end of the walkway. Exit the elevator to "COURTYARD # A".
4. For passengers encountering flight delays to while transiting at another airport, it would be necessary to call us to let us know the status of the flight to ensure a smooth transfer in.

Please note: If you do not have a flight on the departure day, please go to Citigarden Hotel or Best Western Grosvenor at 8:50am for the city tour or go to 391 Sutter Street Suite #504 San Francisco, CA 94108 at 10am.

Day 2 Bay Area - Monterey Bay - 17 Miles Scenic Drive - Gilroy Fashion Outlet
17 Miles Experience the beauty of the California coastline while driving through 17 Miles Scenic Drive. Views of Seal Rock, the majestic Cypress Point, Pebble Beach, Fisherman's Warf, and the small charming town of Carmel highlight this area. Browse along the streets of Carmel and enjoy some of the best specialty shops and art galleries that Carmel has to offer. Visit the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium (optional). Inside the aquarium learn about the great canyon that lies inside Monterey Bay. It is one of the deepest underwater canyons along the continental United States.

The 17 Mile Scenic Drive will be closed from February 6th thru 12th due to the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Golf Tournament. We will be rerouting our tour during this time to go to Pacific Grove, which has very nice & comparable beaches to the original itinerary.
Hotel: Super 8 in Gilroy or Similar
Day 3 Roaring Camp/Steam Train - Bay Area
san-francisco Motor high to Bear Mountain area and stop by visiting Roaring Camp, you can stroll around the Redwood Trees and take a one hour steam train tour (admission included) inside the park. Your wonderful forest trip starts by riding this 19th century steam train. It is a journey back to another time. Come back to bay area in the afternoon. Then transfer to the airport.

Please arrange your flight departing from SFO after 9:00pm
 

Special Notes

  • Please note that during Aug 26-29; Sep 17-20; Sep 28-Oct 04; Oct 17-20, 2012 and other dates when Best Western Grosvenor hotel is fully booked, we will choose the following three hotels (Radisson Hotel SFO, Red Roof Inn SFO Airport, Citigarden Hotel SFO) in order.
  • For passengers encountering flight delays it would be necessary to call our office to let us know the status of the flight to ensure a smooth transfer in.
  • Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service to replace. Please understand.
  • Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
  • Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
    Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.
  • For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel's policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time);if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.

Reservation Process and E-Ticket

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
