Summary of The Day: Today you'll arrive in San Francisco and meet your guide at the airport. Afterwards you may transfer to the hotel or join the half-day city tour (own expense).
Free pick-up service is from 9:00am-10:00pm local time. Other time is subject to additional fee.
Free pick-up location: Information Center at departure level (level 2) at Terminal 2.
You can also meet on the second floor of the terminal building of the Airport (International Terminal building a three-tier) side of central island for a 24-hour free shuttle bus (Hotel Courtesy Shuttles), visiting the hotel.
In case of flight delays or changes, please notify us immediately to arrange pick-up, all additional costs will be borne by the guests themselves.
Silicon Valley - Stanford University - Livermore Outlet
Summary of The Day: Today, we will visit the beautiful 8,180-acre campus of Stanford University, followed by Silicon Valley, to see the giants of the tech industry. Afterwards, we'll stop for some shopping at the Livermore Premium Outlets.
After the tour, we will drop off at SFO airport. Please arrange your flight to fly out SFO after 9:30pm.

Tour guides and drivers rely upon the service fees charged on the tour to supplement their income. The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Please pay at least the recommended service fee because the tour guides and drivers work hard to accommodate many people on the tour.
Please bring a printed copy of your reservation and present it to your guide/driver at pick-up.
Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact your local tour provider to see if there is available staff to accommodate your needs.
We strongly recommend that you should contact your airline or local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pick-up arrangement before your departure.
We recommend passengers wear casual wear with a light coat for cool mornings and evenings in the summer. Winter jackets are recommended for autumn through spring. Hats, umbrellas, sunglasses, mosquitoes repellant and comfortable shoes with non-slip sole are also highly recommended. Be prepared for unexpected extreme weather in the Rockies.
Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.

To protect your personal property, please carry all valuable items on your person at all times. Do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.
For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel's policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time). If the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm, they will have to wait until 3:00pm to check-in. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
