It is a very nicely packaged tour covering some of the best spots in France and Italy. Hotel accomodation were generally good for good night rest, though most of the time far away from the city centre. The tour guides were knowledgeable and.. friendly.
I have comiled few points which may interest you.
Plan for additinal approx 50 Euro for the tour guide per person plus 20 for other city entry fees.
You will just pass Luzerne Switzerland for a night stop so dont expect to see more in Switserland.
3hrs including lunch in some points such as Venice, Rome, Monoco seem too be too less for even a quick run-around, but you will be able to quickly see the spots.
Further, in case you are very particular, do get prior information about the tour operator, guide, and the launguage used by the guide. The language may not always be English.
Based on your tour, you may have to move from one Bus to another, sometimes losing your favourate seat.

I found this via internet and immediately attracted me as their itenary and the price was best suited, I and my husband enjoyed every bit of this trip and our tour guide Victor was great explaining the history of each place we went, I feel ..the kcik of the trip still pushing the Pisa :) throwing the coin in a fountain in Rome, Gladiator's Colocium in Romeo, Juliets house, Gondola trip in Venice, Romantic Effiel tower in Paris and much more..This is an unforgettable tour for both of us. Customer service was excellent, But yes please book ahead to make sure you have your booking confirmed with out any hassels.
Not much of cons comapred to the Pros of this tour we can ignore them :)

This tour package is well covered of many cities that you cant really asked for more.Hotels were great but just a bit far from city.Tour guide Victor was very helpful and patience.

Did this in december 09 with my parents (over 60), wife and 3 young children. I have done other similar tours like cosmos and this is even cheaper and the standard is about the same. So this is surely value for money.
However, this is ma..inly operated by a dutch based chinese tour operator. The guides are all good and knowledgable but they will mainly speak chinese. they will explain in english but will be a summarized version. I am chinese so i have no problem.
Below are some points to note.
Pace of tour: hectic for me with 2 olds folks and 3 young children. But if we can survive so can anyone else.
Swiss: Forget this, this tour is mainly paris and Italy. Swiss is just a sleep over.
Hotels: Most are decent "express" class hotels but near to nowhere. but the guide usually tell u in advance and bring u to supermarket to top up water and tip bits.
Toilet stops: there are enough of these. do use them even if u do not need it in case u get stuck in a jam.
shopping: u dun have time for this.
sights: plenty and lovely
gudies: generally nice and knowledgable but can be pretty stern in keeping to timing as he has to make sure there are little waiting for others in the tour. spoken english is understandable.
group dynamics: your tour mates is likely to be mostly chinese but from all over the world. In my group we have chinese from canada, australia, singapore, malaysia, china and hong kong. We also have indonesian and indian. No white folks.
food: the guide will make sure there is almost always chinese food nearby. breakfast depends on hotel but generally ok.
that's all i can remember. hope this help.

Over all tour was good. While booking it is not made clear what would be the main language of tour Leader, in my case I found during the tour that it owuld be chinese. Stay at Paris was too long since not many sight visit were part of the t..our, about 8 hours were spent in shopping mall. There got to be some management of group members, they are let free at attractions and many times do not come back in time to continue tour as scheduled, there is a chance that some of them may get lost or some incident can cause bigger trouble.
