Day 1 Transfer in to Hotel
Your fun tour begins when your airplane lands on LAX airport. You will be greeted by friendly tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area (Guests who take domestic flights) or at Exit Area (Guests who take international flights). He or she will transfer you to hotel and faciliate you with check-in if needed.

Note: We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each room that is booked on a reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.

**If your flight should become delayed or changed for any reason, we will not be held responsible for your airport transfers. If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you may also be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self transfer to the hotel. If you are delayed and arrive after our normal office hours, please contact the emergency number listed on your e-ticket for assistance.**

* Arrive outside of the complimentary airport transfer time frames.
* Have flight delays, requiring last minute additional late night/delayed airport transfers.

Day 2 Los Angeles - Tanger Outlet Center - Las Vegas
We will start our journey early in the morning by boarding a luxury bus. The bus will enter Mojave Desert, the largest in North America. Here we will encounter unusual scenery of stunted, austere Joshua trees dotting a barren landscape stretching till the horizon. There is a brief stop at Barstow for lunch, a brief rest and some shopping at Tanger Outlet Center, and then we will head to Las Vegas - The Pearl in the Desert. Spend the night in the entertainment capital of the nation, with most lavish casinos Mirage, Treasure Island Hotel, MGM, Bellagio, Venetian, and the Aladdin. No other city has such a vibrant nightlife that constantly beckons you to try your luck.

Day 3 Las Vegas - Grand Canyon West Rim - Hoover Dam - Las Vegas

In the morning, we'll start out for a visit of the Grand Canyon, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Peer out and into the rim and view this masterpiece that took mother nature 2 billion years to make. Stand in awe at the canyon's beauty and leave with an experience you will never forget. Walk on the "Skywalk" (optional), a huge walkway built on the very edge of the Grand Canyon West Rim suspended 4000 feet over the Colorado River. Other optional tours include a helicopter or boat ride to see the Canyon's beauty from unique perspectives. Before ending the day, stop at the Hoover Dam and marvel at its awesome construction.

Day 4 Las Vegas-Ethel M Chocolate Factory-Fashion Outlet Shopping Center-Los Angeles

We will depart from hotel in the morning and head to the M&M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Garden just outside of The Strip. Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Cactus Gardens is quite the adventure. It attracts millions of tourists a year. You can see chocolates being made, sample gourmet treats and meander through the maze of paths at the Botanical Cactus Gardens at no charge. We'll arrange lunch in downtown Las Vegas and depart from Las Vegas around 11:30am. On the way back to Los Angeles we'll stop by the famous Tanger Outlet Center (around 2:00pm or 3:00pm) where you'll be able to satisfy all shopping needs. The group will arrive back into the Los Angeles area between 6:00pm-6:30pm.

Day 5 Los Angeles - Solvang - Hearst Castle- San Francisco

Leave Monterey Park in the morning and take the scenic route along The Pacific Coast Highway and arrive at Solvang, a town which is more Danish in character than Denmark. Continue north to San Simeon for a visit to Hearst Castle, the only castle to be found on American soil. You will marvel at the priceless collections of art and antique pieces and the gilt-edged swimming pools. Stay overnight in Fremont or Union City.

Day 6 San Francisco - Stanford University

In the morning, visit San Francisco, the city by the bay! You will cross the Bay Bridge to the enchanting San Francisco and explore the magnitude of Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman Wharf, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts and more. You will be enlightened by the fresh sea breeze and the beautiful ocean. After visiting all the major sights in the morning, the tour guide will arrange a few hours of free time for passengers to enjoy in the afternoon. Passengers are welcome to take the optional In-depth San Francisco Sight Seeing Tour or enjoy other sights or activities during this free time in the afternoon. Details will be provided to passengers on tour by the tour guide. Afterwards, proceeed to Stanford University which is recognized as one of the world's leading research and teaching institutions. The quiet campus is the home to a rich collection of historical and contemporary buildings as well as various plants and works of art. It welcomes 150,000 visitors annually! After about 1 hour visit in the Campus we'll head back to the hotel.

Day 7 Yosemite National Park -Los Angeles

In the early morning, your coach will take you north from Fresno to Yosemite through miles of vineyards, orchards, and fertile farmland of California. Enter Yosemite National Park to view the waterfalls, El Capitan, and walk along trails among towering pine trees. After the tour, depart San Francisco in the afternoon and we reach Los Angeles in the evening.
Regarding your safety, we reserve the right to change the Yosemite itinerary to 17 Miles due to the weather and road condition in Winter time.

Day 8 Disneyland

Make your visit to California complete by coming to "The Happiest Place on Earth" Disneyland Park. At Disneyland Park, you can visit the 8 Lands of Disneyland Park: Main Street, U.S.A., Adventure Land, New Orleans Square, Frontierland, Critter Country, Fantasyland, Mickey's Toontown, and Tomorrowland. You definitely can't miss Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and the spinning teacups at Mad Tea Party. Take a ride on the Disneyland Railroad for an alternative way to get from one section of the park to another and enjoy the scenery. Remember to take pictures with your favorite Disney characters ! *Enjoy the day with your tour guide or you're welcome to have fun at the theme park on your own.

Day 9 Universal Studios

The Universal Studios is located in Hollywood, capital of the American film industry, occupies an entire hill and covers 525 acres, 485 of which are in actual use. It comprises 48 film studios, of which 32 are devoted to shooting films. Universal Studio City is the biggest film and TV producer in the world. The tours it provides take visitors through thrilling cinematic spectacles, such as bridge-crushing snow avalanches, exploding mountain torrents, giant white sharks, a roaring effigy of King Kong, and so forth. Virtual reality mock-ups from the films "Back to the Future,""Jurassic Park,"and "Aliens"are excruciatingly life-like. And awe-inspiring are the nerve-shattering special effects in "Water World" and "Wild West,"and in the stereoscopic films "Terminator 2 3D"and "4D."The fun is accentuated by song-and-dance performances and animal shows as well as humorous and comic children's programs.

Day 10 San Diego Sea World-Transfer out to Airport

San Diego Sea World, the world-famous marine-life theme park, is situated in the city of San Diego in Southern California, by the side of the Pacific Ocean, and covers a 135-acre area. The performances by various denizens of the ocean-dolphins, walruses, sea lions, and so forth enjoy worldwide renown. In the open areas of the park, visitors may touch sea stars, sea urchins, and other lovable creatures of the ocean. The park's exotic flowers and plants, the blue sky and azure waters, and the gentle breezes all conspire to fill one with a sense of well-being. Visitors virtually fall over each other to take a ride on the new Shipwreck Rapids, the park's first adventure ride. After the day's exciting tour, you may get a chance for some sightseeing of the beautiful city of San Diego. Take a stroll through the Old City with its rich Spanish and Mexican ambience. Arrive at Coronado Island where you'll see one of the largest Naval Bases in the U.S. then visit the Hotel Coronado, the world's biggest all-wood construction. Your fun day ends as you travel back to Los Angeles in the evening. After that, transfer to the airport.
Please arrange your flight departing from Los Angeles after 9:30pm (Domestic Flight)/10:30pm (International Flight). If the last day of your itinerary is Sea World, please arrange your flight departing after 11:00pm.

Please note that the order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on your tour start day. If the itinerary on the last day is heading to Los Angeles from Las Vegas, then if you wish to end your tour in Las Vegas, please leave us a comment under the comments section when completing your reservation. However, if you do choose to depart from Las Vegas, you'll forego the tour to the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Cactus Gardens and the Tanger Outlet Center.
For guest departing from Las Vegas, please depart from your room by 11:30am. Check-out is not necessary; the tour guide will make arrangement for you before departing the hotel. We recommend bus or taxi service for guest flying out of McCarran International Airport. Taxi can be arranged for $25-$30 and takes about 20 minutes. Bus Transportation costs $3.00 and takes about 1 hour-1 and a half hour.

 

Special Notes

  • Please meet tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area (Guests who take domestic flights) or at Exit Area (Guests who take international flights) after your arrival at Los Angeles LAX airport on the first day.
  • Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact local tour provider to see if there is available staff to accommodate your needs.
  • We strongly recommend that you should contact airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.
  • If you wish to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please arrange US domestic flight after 9:30pm, international flight after 10:30pm. We can help you to book room at hotel by LAX. You may utilize free hotel shuttle service to reach LAX on following morning. Please make a note by adding comment on check-out page.
  • Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service to replace. Please understand.
  • Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
    Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.
  • Information on staying in San Francisco: Instead of returning to Los Angeles and attending the Yosemite tour on the last day, clients may opt out of the Yosemite tour and end their tour in San Francisco if they chose to do so.
  • Information on traveling to downtown San Francisco via Public Transportation: All hotels used on the tour are near the Fremont / Union City region. Clients may ask the hotel for a taxi service to the nearest Bart / train station (around $15). Clients may then use the Bart / train system's transfer services to arrive at downtown San Francisco.
  • Information on traveling to downtown San Francisco via direct Taxi service: Transportation from the Fremont / Union city region to downtown San Francisco take about 40 minutes - 1 hour. Taxi fares may vary.
  • Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
  • For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel's policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time);if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.

Reservation Process and E-Ticket

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
